I’ve been teaching and learning about psychic ability my entire life.
Almost everyone has psychic experiences as kids, but most of us learn to ignore our intuition in favor of our physical senses. I was too dumb to figure out what everyone else was doing, and this began a lifelong pursuit of the paranormal.
Shortly after realizing that my natural gifts at telepathy and empathy were something others were interested in developing for themselves, I started help people develop their own skills – with mixed results. Even though I never stopped learning new techniques or methods, I noticed that some things worked well for some people and not others. One person would easily take to an exercise and quickly develop, but another would struggle and become discouraged.
Still, I wasn’t satisfied to accept the idea that some people are just innately better than others, even with psychic ability. I kept working on this puzzle off and on for years, earning my master’s degree in transpersonal psychology along the way. The problem wasn’t that some people had talent and others didn’t. Mindsets, openness to experience, and approach to practice were the main determinant of success. I found the answer to how best to learn psychic ability by looking at how people develop other skills.
I didn’t just study psychic ability. In my pursuit of self-understanding, I’ve studied mystical and magical systems from around the world. From my beginnings as a child psychic trying to learn about himself by studying psychic ability and parapsychology, I branched out. I’ve studied traditional and modern forms of sorcery, divination techniques simple and complex, astrology from the East and West, and more. This wide range of knowledge helps me serve clients, but most importantly, it shapes the way I look at the world.
Being psychic doesn’t only mean “just knowing” what people are thinking, or scoring higher than expected on lab tasks. It’s a way of being in the world. I look forward to sharing everything I’ve learned with you.
